Returns Policy

In order to return a product for any reason, you must use our Return Form.

Please contact us using this form if you wish to return or cancel an order, we will contact you and provide you with a return form.

Returns must be received within 14 calendar days of the returns Form being issued. If an item is not returned within this time frame, we are unable to accept it. Once we have received a returned item, please allow up to 7 working days for it to be processed and replacements despatched/refunds issued.

Unwanted goods - Unwanted items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The proviso is that they have not been opened or used. They must be in the same condition as they were sold. Any items that have been opened will not be treated as unwanted.

**eLiquids and clearomizers are excluded from this policy and are only returnable if faulty**

  1. When returning an item, it is your responsibility to ensure that the correct postage is paid, the goods are correctly packaged and a tracked postal service is used if required.
  2. What we charge for collection. You are responsible for the costs of return and if we are collecting the product from you, we will charge you the direct cost to us of collection.
  3. E-liquid is a consumable item and due to hygiene reasons, we cannot take bottles of e-liquid back into stock. We cannot accept returns of e-liquid or any product containing e-liquid. We recommend purchasing smaller bottles when trying new flavours.

Faulty Goods - If you have received an item you believe to be faulty please contact us as we may be able to provide a solution.

When sending back products please make sure you acquire proof of postage.
